House Rules
A few simple guidelines so every guest enjoys a safe, relaxing stay at CasaeRojas.
General Rules
Maximum of 4 guests.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM, with advance notice of their arrival.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Pets allowed upon agreement.
Smoking allowed outside only.
Children welcome.
Suitable for seniors or individuals with limited mobility.
During Your Stay
Arrival is seamless with our smart lock and self-check-in process.
Free parking is included with your stay.
Guests can use the shared amenities of our quiet, secure gated community, including a large community pool and recreational area.
Cameras are installed on all exterior sides of the property (front, back, left and right). The camera at the back of the home is turned off during your stay, and there are no cameras inside the house.
Payments & Cancellations
Payment schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.
